At Regents View, RECO Hoist Hire & Sales deployed several XXL Alimak Passenger Hoists—the largest single-mast hoists in the world. With a spacious cabin of 2.5 x 5.0 x 2.8 metres and a capacity of 2,500 kg, they are built for heavy, oversized loads. Ideal for full-sized façade panels and large prefabricated elements.

The XXL format reduces lift cycles and speeds up vertical transport. Less waiting means more efficient trade coordination across floors. Twin-hoist setups in high-traffic zones kept the façade programme on schedule.

Our bespoke RECO Loading Docks are designed to match vehicle bed height exactly. Façade panels move directly from the truck into the hoist, bypassing forklift handling and reducing waiting times.

Each dock forms part of an integrated logistics chain linking lorry, hoist and tower. Optional add-ons, such as overhead protection and storage decks, enhance safety while keeping the site compact.
